Bill Hedrick Photography

After a tour of duty in the U.S. Air Force and earning a Bachelor of
Science Degree from the University of Texas, Bill Hedrick opened a
portrait and wedding studio in his hometown of Kilgore, Texas, in 1976.

His award-winning images and informative
articles on photographic technique soon got the attention of his
clients and his peers and by the mid-80's, Bill was elected as an
officer in the Texas Professional Photographers Association,
where he eventually served as president in 1994.

By 1997, Bill was the publishing editor of the Texas Professional
Photographer Magazine and he sold his studio to concentrate on writing,
teaching, and his new-found love of commercial
photography and graphic design.

Bill is a Master of Photography, a Photographic Craftsman, and
is a Life Member of the Texas Professional Photographers
Association. He is also the recipient of the coveted National Award from
Texas for his devotion and dedication to the profession of photography.
